Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Axe Bonebreaker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bonebreaker has chosen Are you here yet? as his entrance music. Bob is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 18 - 1, fighting out of London, Joe Bob! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Axe Bonebreaker! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Steven Brown and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bob misses with a takedown attempt - Bonebreaker sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Bob is breathing heavily. Bonebreaker shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Bonebreaker wants to take a breather but Bob is having none of it. Bonebreaker thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Bonebreaker wants to take a breather but Bob is having none of it. Bonebreaker throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bob has hold of Bonebreaker's hands but Bonebreaker slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Bob blocking the ground and pound attempt from Bonebreaker. Bonebreaker is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Bob sees it coming and defends easily. Bonebreaker lands strikes from half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bob avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Bonebreaker. Bonebreaker uses his free foot to push down on Bob's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Bob. Bonebreaker looking to control but Bob is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Bonebreaker throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Bob knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bonebreaker on the ground. Bonebreaker lands a big elbow. Bonebreaker lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Bonebreaker cracks Bob with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Bonebreaker sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! That's three minutes gone in the round. Bonebreaker takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Bonebreaker looking to finish Bob with some ground and pound. This is bad for Bob! Bob on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Bob tries to get out of the position. Bonebreaker landing strikes, looking to finish! Bonebreaker is landing with some decent strikes but Bob is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Bonebreaker working for a guillotine from mount but Bob is in no mood to give up. Bonebreaker tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. No luck with that takedown attempt from Bonebreaker. Bonebreaker gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Bonebreaker takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Bonebreaker misses with a wild combination.
Bob keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Joe Bob has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Axe Bonebreaker. The fight moves into the clinch position. Bonebreaker goes for a takedown in the clinch but Bob prevents it.
Bob has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Bonebreaker is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Knees in the clinch landing for Bonebreaker.
Bob tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Bonebreaker smiles and moves away.
Bonebreaker with a poor takedown and Bob decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Bonebreaker's guard. Bob's corner is telling him to maintain position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Bob seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Bonebreaker for as long as he can get away with.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bonebreaker is trying to keep Bob in close.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Joe Bob just wasn't active enough. Bob throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Joe Bob is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Bonebreaker scores with a head kick. Bob tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Bonebreaker fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Bonebreaker gets in close and instigates a clinch. Bonebreaker pulls Bob into guard.

Bob stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bonebreaker swivels though and keeps the full guard. Bonebreaker has his foot on Bob's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bob works his way back into a safe position though. Bonebreaker is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bob accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Bonebreaker trying to control the position.
Bonebreaker preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Bonebreaker bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Bob's guard. Bonebreaker advances to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Bonebreaker is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Bob defends it well. Bob keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Bonebreaker is figuring out what he wants to do next. Bob is trying to get back to full guard. Bonebreaker landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Bonebreaker wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bob keeps working. Bonebreaker stands up out of the half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Joe Bob will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Bonebreaker shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bob but Bob pushes him off and we're back to square one. Nice takedown defense from Bob. No joy for Bonebreaker on that attempt. Bob leaves Bonebreaker with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Joe Bob has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Axe Bonebreaker. Bob connects with a single shot there. Bob throws a one two combo.
A combination from Bob does no damage. Bonebreaker shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bob pinned against the cage. Bob gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Bob keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bonebreaker shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bob as he avoids it easily. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Bob lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bonebreaker circles away quickly and effectively. Bonebreaker shoots in but no luck this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bonebreaker closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Bob is pressed up against the cage. Bonebreaker has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Bob down to the mat. Bob avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Bob lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Bonebreaker looks to throw the jab but Bob is out of range. Nice takedown defense from Bob. No joy for Bonebreaker on that attempt. Bonebreaker drives through with a takedown into guard. Bonebreaker thows a big elbow that misses. Axe Bonebreaker has got the better of the ground game so far. Bonebreaker trying to control the position from guard on top but Bob is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bonebreaker working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Bonebreaker pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bob is keeping the position for now. Bonebreaker working some strikes from top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bob tries to land a sweep but no joy. Bonebreaker is pushing down on Bob's leg trying to pass to half guard. Bob is fighting to maintain full guard but Bonebreaker has managed to sneak the leg through. Bonebreaker is trying to control. Bob wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Bonebreaker working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Bob's thigh. Bob counters though and makes it back to full guard. Bob avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Bonebreaker is looking to advance position but Bob has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Bonebreaker is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Bonebreaker is looking to improve his position but Bob isn't that keen on the idea. Bob avoids the attempt from Bonebreaker to control. Bonebreaker tries to get back to half guard but can't. Bonebreaker is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Joe Bob. I think Bob has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
