Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Traktor Chain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kareem Amuy Jabbar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kareem Amuy Jabbar has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Traktor Chain! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Kareem Amuy Jabbar! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Aleksandr Martynov and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chain blocks a low kick nicely. Chain moves out of range as Jabbar strikes. Chain dives in and grabs Jabbar's left leg, looking for a takedown. Jabbar pushes down on Chain's head and hops out. Chain shoots in for a takedown but Jabbar shows good takedown defense. Jabbar digs a good body shot into Chain's ribs. Jabbar lands a jab to the nose. Chain wants to clinch. Traktor Chain seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jabbar misses with a looping right. Horrible takedown by Chain or perhaps it was just good defense by Jabbar which made him look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Traktor Chain. That's going to take a lot out of him. Nice takedown defense from Jabbar. No joy for Chain on that attempt. Jabbar misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Jabbar tries to close the distance and clinch up but Chain swats him away and circles back towards the center. Chain shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Jabbar wants to clinch but Chain slips to the side and Chain counters with a shoot takedown. Jabbar fights it but they end up in guard. Chain throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Chain has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jabbar looking for a sweep. Not yet Jabbar, not yet. Chain has gone for a leg lock! Jabbar slips out almost immediately though and dives into Chain's guard. Chain on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Chain tries to get out of the position. Jabbar looking to pass the guard. Jabbar trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Chain manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Chain has gone for a leg lock! Jabbar slips out almost immediately though and dives into Chain's guard. Jabbar looking to pass the guard. Chain not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jabbar connects with a couple of short punches. Jabbar scoring with punches to the head and body. Chain is trying to keep Jabbar in close.
Jabbar is looking to advance position but Chain has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Jabbar is trying to stand. Chain swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Jabbar is now in Chain's guard. A big mistake from Chain there, giving up the dominant position! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Chain is looking for a triangle but Jabbar pushes his legs off easily.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Chain throws a couple of strikes even though he's not really in a good position to do so.
Chain is working to avoid the ground and pound but Jabbar connects with a decent elbow. Jabbar working the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jabbar cracks Chain with an elbow. That is naaassty. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Jabbar is putting a hurting on Chain here, landing some big shots from side control. Jabbar scores with punches from side control. Jabbar cracks Chain with a big elbow. Jabbar landing strikes. Jabbar looks gassed! Jabbar throws a strike aimed at the side of Chain's head but Chain avoids it well. Chain is looking for a sweep. Chain manages to work his way to half guard, despite Jabbar's best efforts. Chain trying to control from the bottom.
Chain keeps control of the position for the meantime. Chain gets full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Chain utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Jabbar tries to free his leg and advance position but Chain is retaining full guard. Chain is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Chain drops an elbow to the side of Jabbar's head. Jabbar is trying to stand back up but Chain is controlling him
Chain is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Jabbar is staying active underneath Chain, who seems content to just control the action from this position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Traktor Chain will probably get the nod. That's time! Chain's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

so Jabbar counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Chain wants to stand and escape but Jabbar is having none of it. Jabbar with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Jabbar must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Jabbar slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. He's bucked Jabbar off and has taken his back! Kareem Amuy Jabbar has got the better of the ground game so far. Chain is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Jabbar defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. Chain lands a shot to the head. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chain is looking to finish with some ground and pound! Chain is landing with strikes from the back. Jabbar manages to reverse the position and now he's in Chain's guard. Nice work there by Jabbar.

Jabbar regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Chain. Jabbar is looking to stand up but Chain isn't so interested in that idea. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Chain accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Chain won't allow Jabbar to get back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Traktor Chain will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Chain with a lazy takedown attempt and Jabbar counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Chain missing with a left hand there. Jabbar was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Chain closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Chain goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Jabbar has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Chain but great work by Jabbar. Chain is trying to get back to half guard. Chain on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Chain takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Chain wants to get back to his feet but Jabbar drags him back down. Chain takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Jabbar thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Jabbar lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Jabbar lands some shots froms side control. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Chain manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Chain wants to control but Jabbar is keeping busy.
Jabbar seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Jabbar prevents Chain from improving his position. Jabbar looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Chain on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Chain gets full guard. Chain has his foot on Jabbar's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jabbar works his way back into a safe position though. Jabbar scoring with some ground and pound. Chain keeping full guard, as Jabbar tries to pass. Chain is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Chain swivels though and keeps the full guard. Jabbar is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Chain is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jabbar wants to pass the guard but Chain is keeping the position. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jabbar accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Jabbar postures up.

Chain gets to his feet - Jabbar follows without any prompting. Chain shoots in and bounces Jabbar off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Chain trying to control but Jabbar is working from the bottom. Kareem Amuy Jabbar has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Chain prevents Jabbar from getting back to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! Traktor Chain showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Chain, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
