Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Howard Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ross Crede (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Crede is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: London Dungeon by The Misfits. Jones has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Howard Jones! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ross Crede! The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Wagner Zegers and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crede looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Jones throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Crede shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jones pinned against the cage. Jones gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Crede throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jones's waist but Jones gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Crede off to one side. Howard Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Crede got a little sloppy there for a moment and Jones has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! Jones escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Crede misses with a takedown attempt - Jones sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Jones throws a hook to the side of Crede's head but Crede sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Crede bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Jones manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
