Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ken Gunner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and bruce lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). lee has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. bruce lee is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ken Gunner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, bruce lee!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
lee gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
lee looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Gunner decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on lee, up you get!
Horrible takedown by Gunner or perhaps it was just good defense by lee which made him look bad.
Gunner wants to clinch up but lee keeps it at a distance.
Gunner drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Gunner works to advance to full mount. lee defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Gunner controlling the position easily from mount.
Gunner stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
Gunner scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Gunner thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
lee is letting Gunner control him for a moment.
Gunner has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Gunner moves into full mount!
That's four minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ken Gunner dominated that round.
That's time! Gunner's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
lee stuffs the takedown.
Gunner looks for a takedown but lee sprawls well.
Gunner fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ken Gunner. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gunner tries to clinch but lee moves out of range.
lee is breathing heavily.

Gunner is pressing down on lee's thigh, looking to free his foot. lee is holding on for now.

Gunner working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. lee turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Gunner off and cradles lee's limp body as Gunner celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:25 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Ken Gunner!
