The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanders tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Klump paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Klump fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Klump misses with a hook.
Sanders shoots for a double leg takedown but Klump sprawls well. He's pushed Sanders's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Sanders takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Klump lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

It looks like Lex Sanders has been cut.
Klump moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Sanders doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Klump lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sanders circles away quickly and effectively.
Klump throws out a powerful jab.

Sanders pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Klump leaves Sanders with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Sanders misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Sherman Klump has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lex Sanders.

Klump lunges at Sanders with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Sanders's hand.
Klump lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Sanders at a distance.

Klump pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Sanders back to the cage. Klump follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Klump feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Sanders crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
