Creed misses with a combination
and Mackenzie King counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Apollo Creed has been cut.
Creed misses with a right hand
and Mackenzie King counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Apollo Creed seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Creed throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Mackenzie King sees it coming and avoids it easily.
A slapping leg kick lands for Mackenzie King.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Mackenzie King is looking to clinch but Creed is avoiding it.
Mackenzie King lands a slapping body shot.
Creed is breathing heavily.
Mackenzie King fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Creed has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Mackenzie King lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Creed head around and knocks him out cold! Mackenzie King hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
