The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White ducks under a wild hook from McWrestle.
White waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract McWrestle.
White shoots for a double leg takedown but McWrestle sprawls well. He's pushed White's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Walter McWrestle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

McWrestle lands a left and a right that send White crashing to the mat, dazed. McWrestle thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

White is rocked!
White swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
McWrestle keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
McWrestle throws a hook to the side of White's head but White sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

McWrestle tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. White manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
White throws a front kick aimed at McWrestle's knee but McWrestle avoids it well.
McWrestle swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by White.
White uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by McWrestle.

White misses with an uppercut. McWrestle saw that one coming.
McWrestle throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
McWrestle throws a series of punches but White moves out of range.

McWrestle uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before White has time to react.
White throws a hook but McWrestle blocks it.

McWrestle stuns White with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
White looks gassed!
McWrestle throws a shot from downtown. White moves away and avoids it.
McWrestle throws a jab when White was well out of range.

McWrestle lands with a hook. White tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

McWrestle lands a big uppercut and White crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but White looks OK. McWrestle waves White back to his feet!
White takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
McWrestle drops White with a huge uppercut! White drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. McWrestle is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
