The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Sosuke Kotani and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nappie ducks under a wild hook from Belmont.
Belmont lands a really nice looking cross but Nappie seems unphased.
Nappie throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Nappie's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Belmont connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Nappie scrambles back to his feet.

and Nappie counters with a solid body kick.
A left lands for Belmont.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Belmont throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

Nappie defending well as Belmont loads up on a big left hand.
Nappie throws a series of punches but Belmont moves out of range.

Belmont stuns Nappie with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Belmont keeps Nappie at a distance using the push kick.

Augustus Belmont seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Belmont throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
