Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ross Bowron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julio Marquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ross Bowron! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Julio Marquez! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Ackerman and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bowron swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Marquez slips a jab and a cross from Bowron.
Marquez lands a jab to the nose. Marquez checks a low kick from Bowron. Marquez misses with a wild combination.
Bowron cracks Marquez with an open hand slap. Marquez uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bowron.
Bowron throws a left and a right that both miss
and Marquez holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Marquez tries to circle away but Bowron has him pinned against the cage. Bowron breaks the clinch.
Bowron lands a jab. Marquez connects with a nice looking jab.
Bowron is trying hard to land a takedown here. Marquez sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Marquez swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Marquez misses with a head kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bowron throws a right and a left that Marquez avoids nicely. Marquez falls off balance throwing a combination
and Bowron counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Bowron not doing much here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bowron has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Bowron trying to control from half guard but Marquez is working away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Marquez pushes Bowron off looking to stand but Bowron dives back in and keeps control.
We're going to have a standup here because Ross Bowron wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Bowron throws a series of punches but Marquez moves out of range. Marquez throws a series of punches but Bowron avoids them all with ease. Marquez misses with a series of wild punches.
Marquez throws a good cross that connects.
Bowron moves in looking to clinch but Marquez pushes him off. Bowron misses with a straight left. Marquez throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Bowron counters by moving into the clinch. Marquez looks gassed! Marquez tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Bowron just stands there and leans against the cage. Bowron pulls guard. Bowron is adopting a defensive guard. Bowron trying to control the position.
Marquez must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bowron wants to stand up but Marquez is controlling him. Bowron on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Bowron tries to get out of the position. Marquez controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. I looks like Marquez might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Marquez throws a right hand that Bowron ducks under and follows up with a left that Bowron also avoids with ease. Bowron misses with a few strikes there.
Bowron looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Marquez misses with a jab, cross combination.
Bowron moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Bowron throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Marquez. No joy there for Bowron, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bowron cracks Marquez with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Bowron moves in looking to clinch but Marquez pushes him off. Some wild striking there from Bowron.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bowron gets a clinch. Bowron changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Marquez fights it off and pushes away nicely.

and Bowron moves into the clinch. Bowron tightens his grip and picks Marquez up, before dumping him to the ground. Marquez manages to land in guard. Marquez wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Bowron is now in half guard. Bowron thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Marquez is breathing heavily. Bowron stalling. Bowron seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Marquez does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bowron is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Ross Bowron just wasn't active enough. Bowron fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Marquez, pushing him back against the cage. Bowron breaks from the clinch.

Bowron dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Bowron is keen to just control but Marquez is a slippery customer.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Marquez is looking for a sweep. Bowron is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Marquez is refusing to be controlled, as Bowron sits in half guard. Bowron is looking for a kimura here.
Bowron is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Bowron looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bowron not doing much here.
Bowron wants to control but Marquez is keeping him busy. Bowron with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Bowron wants to work for an arm triangle but Marquez is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Marquez is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Still in half guard, Bowron seems content to control. Marquez looks like he's trying to stand up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Bowron works his way into side control. Marquez is letting Bowron control him for a moment. Bowron trying to control the action but Marquez is working from the bottom. A lull in the action here as Bowron stalls from top position. Bowron has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Marquez! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ross Bowron dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Bowron misses with a takedown attempt - Marquez sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Ross Bowron is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Bowron is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Marquez. Bowron looks to land a combination but Marquez avoids it well. Bowron rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Marquez moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Marquez tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Marquez lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Bowron at a distance.
Marquez moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Bowron shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Marquez's guard. Marquez keeping moving, preventing Bowron from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Both fighters are breathing heavily. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Bowron is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Marquez is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Ross Bowron has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Bowron shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Marquez looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Bowron will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Bowron tries to close the distance and clinch up but Marquez swats him away and circles back towards the center. A good leg kick by Bowron.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Bowron throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Marquez. Bowron scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Bowron is figuring out what he wants to do next. Bowron uses his free foot to push down on Marquez's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Marquez. Bowron content just to control the position here. Bowron looking to control but Marquez is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bowron controlling his opponent. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Ross Bowron wasn't doing enough on the ground. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Bowron, right into the meat.
Bowron shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Bowron keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Marquez looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Bowron landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Ross Bowron is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Bowron passes to side control. Bowron working the ground and pound. Bowron trying to control the action but Marquez is working from the bottom. Bowron working the ground and pound.
And that's the end of the fight! Ross Bowron showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Bowron, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
