Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leonard Washington (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Meho Sirovica (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Washington might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Chocolate salty balls. Sirovica has chosen last mohacian as his entrance music. The key to victory for Leonard Washington has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Aafke Stam and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sirovica throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Washington's waist but Washington gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sirovica off to one side.
Meho Sirovica seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Washington lands with a cross.
It looks like Meho Sirovica has been cut.
A combination from Washington does no damage.
Washington slaps away a takedown attempt from Sirovica, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Sirovica shoots for a takedown but Washington saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Leonard Washington has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Meho Sirovica.
Washington defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Sirovica.

Sirovica shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Washington sprawls well. Washington wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Sirovica gets slowly back to his feet.
Sirovica shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Washington is trying to defend but Sirovica finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Sirovica closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Washington to the mat! Washington manages to get full guard.

Sirovica drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Sirovica seems to have locked his on tight now - Washington screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Sirovica, as he picks up the win!
