Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tim Reynolds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Noryuki Takahashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tim Reynolds!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Noryuki Takahashi!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Stewart Dunkirk and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takahashi dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Reynolds has a takedown stuffed.
Takahashi stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Takahashi wants it to stay on the feet.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Reynolds.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tim Reynolds. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Reynolds tries to keep at a distance but Takahashi has taken the fight into the clinch.
Reynolds tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Takahashi just stands there and leans against the cage.
Takahashi manages to break the clinch.
Takahashi throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
A slapping leg kick lands for Takahashi.
Takahashi closes the distance and pushes Reynolds back into the cage.
Takahashi has Reynolds pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Takahashi pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Reynolds tumbling to the mat - Takahashi dives into Reynolds's guard.
Takahashi won't allow Reynolds to sweep him here.
Reynolds is looking for a triangle but Takahashi pushes his legs off easily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Reynolds is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Takahashi slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Reynolds looking for subs off his back but Takahashi has passed one foot through into half guard.
Reynolds tries to roll over but Takahashi keeps him under control.
Takahashi wants to take a breather but Reynolds is having none of it.
Takahashi wants to stand up but Reynolds has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Reynolds looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Takahashi prevents Reynolds from improving his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Takahashi wants to pass to mount but Reynolds is defending the position.
Reynolds is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Takahashi's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Takahashi's back!
Reynolds is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Takahashi won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Reynolds off his unconscious opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Tim Reynolds!
