The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vovchanchyn cracks Ruschenko with a good jab.
A swing and a miss from Vovchanchyn.
A jab from Vovchanchyn misses.
Vovchanchyn tries a head kick but it misses.
Vovchanchyn misses with a straight left.
A jab-cross combination lands for Vovchanchyn and sends Ruschenko crashing to the mat! Vovchanchyn follows him down to the mat - Ruschenko regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Vovchanchyn throws a nice looking combination but Ruschenko bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Vovchanchyn gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Vovchanchyn looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ruschenko is fending him off so far but Vovchanchyn persists. Nope, Ruschenko circles away and we're back to standing.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

A kick lands to the mid section there for Ruschenko.
Vovchanchyn throws an overhand right that has Ruschenko reeling! Vovchanchyn follows up with a more punches and Ruschenko is out cold! This one is all over!
