The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
de Borg avoids a punch combination nicely.
Nestorius throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Nestorius fails with an attempt to clinch.
de Borg throws a wild body kick that Nestorius sees coming a mile off.
de Borg shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Nice strikes from de Borg there.
Nestorius is rocked!
de Borg takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Oh Nestorius is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Nestorius is breathing heavily.
de Borg looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Nestorius with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
It looks like Tomboy Nestorius has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
de Borg lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

de Borg looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

de Borg slips a nice elbow through Nestorius's hands, connecting with Nestorius's forehead.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
de Borg drops an elbow to the side of Nestorius's head.
de Borg is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
de Borg has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Nestorius defend it? de Borg steps over the head and cranks it - Nestorius is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for de Borg!
