Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aaron Jason (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Ovrut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jason comes to the cage accompanied by Kryptonite. Aaron Jason could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Mark Ovrut's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mark Ovrut!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Radbod Blank and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jason doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Jason takes one on the button.
A swing and a miss from Ovrut.
Ovrut lands with a good body shot.
Nice body punch from Ovrut.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Ovrut jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Ovrut slaps away a takedown attempt from Jason, before circling back to the center of the mat.
A nice combination there by Ovrut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ovrut connects with a nice looking jab.
Ovrut moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Ovrut looks to land a combination. Jason sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
It looks like Aaron Jason has been cut.
Jason closes the distance and clinches up with Ovrut, looking for a takedown. Jason pushes Ovrut against the cage but Ovrut circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Mark Ovrut is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Ovrut catches Jason with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Ovrut uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Ovrut closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Jason has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ovrut lands with an overhand left.
Ovrut tests Jason's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Jason is looking to clinch.

Ovrut swinging wildly here.
Ovrut lands a nice shot to the body.
Jason needs to keep his hands up - Ovrut had a free shot at his head there.
Ovrut throws a nice looking combination but Jason bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Ovrut uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Jason.
Ovrut darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Jason takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Jason shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Ovrut but Ovrut pushes him off and we're back to square one.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Aaron Jason. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jason clinches.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mark Ovrut dominated that round.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Jason on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Ovrut connects with a single shot there.
Aaron Jason is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Jason misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Ovrut counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Ovrut pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Jason back to the cage. Ovrut follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Jason doesn't manage to clinch there - Ovrut circles away.
Ovrut closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Whack! Jason lands a heavy head kick that drops Ovrut. The ref tackles Jason to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Ovrut was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:04 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Aaron Jason!
