The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Faber is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Faber takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Faber tries to clinch there but Falcao circles away.
Faber slips a jab and a cross from Falcao.
Faber shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Falcao as he jumps to the side.
Faber moves out of range of the strikes.
Falcao throws a body punch but Faber moves out of range.
A swing and a miss from Falcao.
Faber fails with an attempt to clinch.
Faber looks to score with a jab to the body but Falcao is just out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Faber fails with a takedown attempt.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Faber is defended easily by Falcao.

Falcao swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Falcao leaves Faber with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Falcao lands with a hook. Faber tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Falcao lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Falcao thuds a left hand into Faber's body.
Falcao throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Falcao lands a nice hook to Faber's body. Faber takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Faber is breathing heavily.

A looping hook to the body misses from Falcao. Faber does a little dance to reset his feet.
Falcao fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Faber on the side of the head.

Falcao takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Faber is rocked!
Falcao fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Faber on the side of the head.
Oh Faber is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Falcao throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Faber stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Falcao scores with a hook to the body. Faber takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
BOOM! Falcao lands a beautiful left hook that drops Faber. Faber tries to recover but Falcao is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Faber lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
