Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kurt Randel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brunt Knuckles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Brunt Knuckles!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Patrick Alders and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knuckles keeps Randel at a distance using the push kick.
Randel throws a front kick aimed at Knuckles's knee but Knuckles avoids it well.
Randel instigates a clinch.
Knuckles tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Randel tries to score a body lock takedown but Knuckles shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Knuckles is trying to break free.
Knuckles prevents a takedown attempt there.
Knuckles wants to break the clinch but can't.
Knuckles gets control of Randel's arms and successfully pulls guard. Knuckles will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Randel is in close to Knuckles's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Knuckles tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Knuckles has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Randel off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Knuckles looks gassed!
Randel clinches.

Knuckles fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Knuckles escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Knuckles has a takedown stuffed.
Randel swinging wildly here.
Randel has managed to clinch.
Knuckles takes a shot to the head.
Randel has Knuckles pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Knuckles manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kurt Randel. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Randel jumps guard but Knuckles stands there with Randel around his waist. Randel gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Knuckles using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Randel has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Randel tries to pull guard but Knuckles holds him up against the cage and eventually Randel drops back down to his feet.

Knuckles prevents the takedown attempt.
Randel creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Knuckles manages to break the clinch.
Randel tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Knuckles manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Randel swings for the body but Knuckles moves out of range.
Randel lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Brunt Knuckles has been cut.
Knuckles darts in trying to clinch
and Randel counters with a series of strikes that really hurt Knuckles! The ref looks into his eyes and sees nobody home - he's called the fight! This one is all over!
