Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Billy Bob! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Alex Scene! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Sam Margolis and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Scene looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Bob is trying to get back to full guard. The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Well, if Scene is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Alex Scene has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Bob shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Scene but Scene pushes him off and we're back to square one. Horrible takedown by Bob or perhaps it was just good defense by Scene which made him look bad. Scene throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A left and a right from Scene both land. Nice combination. Bob will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Billy Bob. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bob is breathing heavily. Scene tries to clinch there but Bob circles away.
Scene moves into range and connects with a jab. Bob really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Scene scores with a one two! Bob had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Bob on the wrong end of a nice hook. Scene swinging wildly here.
Bob fails to land the takedown. Bob is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Bob takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Left hook, right uppercut from Scene. A momentary lapse in concentration from Bob enables Scene to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Bob manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Scene looking to pass the guard. Scene must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Scene controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Bob keeping full guard, as Scene tries to pass. Scene controls from within his opponent's guard.

Bob fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Scene avoids it really well and circles away. Scene works over Bob's head and body with a nice combination. Scene tries to clinch but Bob is having none of it. Nice straight punches there by Scene. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Scene. Scene's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Scene duly obliges. Scene shoots in looking for a takedown. Bob tries to sprawl out of it but Scene keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bob manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Scene tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bob swats him away and circles back towards the center.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Scene looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Bob! Scene really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bob. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Scene misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Scene has control of Bob's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Bob regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Scene is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Bob is surviving well by controlling Scene's body position as best he can. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Scene thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Alex Scene dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Scene walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Bob checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Scene digs a good body shot into Bob's ribs. Scene moves into the clinch. Scene tries to break free but Bob pushes him back against the cage. Scene looking to throw knees to the head but Bob is blocking nicely.
Bob is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Scene pulls him back up using the underhooks. A right hook to the body lands for Scene.
Bob is working for takedown but Scene is calmly controlling the position for now. Scene jumps guard but Bob stands there with Scene around his waist. Scene gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Scene tries to stall but Bob uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Scene drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Scene is looking to break free of the clinch but Bob has double underhooks. Bob with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Scene tries to score a body lock takedown but Bob shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Billy Bob has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alex Scene. Scene tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Bob smiles and moves away.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Scene will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

He's got his arms around Bob's waist but Bob gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Scene off to one side. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Scene. Excellent takedown into side control there by Scene. Scene grinds an elbow into Bob's temple. Scene stands up and beckons Bob to his feet. Scene scores with a one two! Bob had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Scene throws a series of strikes that have Bob backpedaling.
Bob takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Scene shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bob but Bob pushes him off and we're back to square one. Bob avoids a punch combination nicely.

Billy Bob is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Scene fails to land the takedown. Bob stuffs the takedown. Scene tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bob paws at him with a jab and circles away. Scene shoots in looking for a takedown but Bob manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Scene's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Bob fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Scene manages to avoid it. Scene shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Bob is trying to defend but Scene finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Scene not doing much here.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Alex Scene. Scene connects with a right hand. Bob shakes it off. Scene goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Scene scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Scene cracks Bob with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Scene misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Scene tries to clinch there but Bob circles away.
Scene goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Scene is working the combinations to good effect here. Scene moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Bob fails with a takedown attempt. A jab lands there for Scene. Scene connects with a looping right hand.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Scene lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bob has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bob and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Bob slaps away a takedown attempt from Scene, before circling back to the center of the mat. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Alex Scene showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Scene is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Bob keeps the fight on the outside. Bob takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Bob shoots in for a double leg but Scene sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Scene drives through and clinches with Bob against the cage.

Scene tries to circle away but Bob has him pinned against the cage. This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Bob. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. Bob tries for a takedown but Scene manages to get underhooks.

Bob looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Scene jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Bob walks away with a smile on his face. Scene gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Bob tries to clinch there but Scene circles away.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Bob tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Bob shoots in looking for a takedown but Scene manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bob's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Bob is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Scene looks to land a combination. Bob sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Scene stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Scene throws a right hand that Bob ducks under and follows up with a left that Bob also avoids with ease. Scene lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Scene lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Scene throws a nice looking combination but Bob bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Scene tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bob swats him away and circles back towards the center. Scene scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
