Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Curtis Henry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cain Velasquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Henry 's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Tear the Club Up. Cain Velasquez has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Curtis Henry ! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Cain Velasquez! The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Mauricio Rocha and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch combination from Velasquez misses. Velasquez motions for Henry to come forward. Velasquez throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Velasquez throws a leg kick but Henry checks it. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Velasquez. Henry rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Velasquez moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Henry avoids the body shot from Velasquez.
Velasquez thumps Henry with a low kick. Velasquez misses with a low kick. Henry throws a right and a left that Velasquez avoids nicely. Velasquez walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Henry checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Henry keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Velasquez waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Henry . Velasquez pivots, looking for a leg kick but Henry is out of range and Velasquez settles back down. Velasquez tries for a takedown but Henry sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Velasquez falls off balance throwing a combination
and Henry counters with a nice double leg into guard. Henry sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Velasquez's guard. Henry is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Velasquez doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Henry . Velasquez flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Velasquez is in trouble now - Henry has advanced to mount! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Henry prevents Velasquez from getting the reversal. Henry working for a submission but Velasquez is keeping him at bay. Velasquez can't escape the position.
Henry jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Velasquez manages to avoid the submission attempt. Velasquez tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Velasquez is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Velasquez can do anything to dispel that myth. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Henry is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Velasquez is trying to escape and Henry transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Velasquez is forced to tap! Nice work there by Henry ! Very nice indeed!
