Silvain is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: THE PRODIGY - voodoo people. Tiago Silvain has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bricis takes a head kick and keeps coming.

It looks like Viktors Bricis has been cut.

Bricis does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Bricis lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Silvain circles away quickly and effectively.

Bricis keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bricis stalks Silvain and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Silvain's face. Silvain staggers backwards, shaken.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bricis slips a straight right by Silvain.
Silvain fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Bricis has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

and Bricis cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
The fight stays on the outside here - Silvain looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Silvain lands a nice looking kick to the body. Bricis takes a step back to recover.
Bricis's corner calls for a 1-2. Bricis obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

That has opened up Tiago Silvain's cut even more.

Bricis cracks Silvain with a hook to the temple - Silvain is on wobbly legs here! Bricis swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Silvain falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Bricis wins by TKO!
