Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ei Keksi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Erik Andersen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Keksi comes to the cage accompanied by Foo Fighters - Low. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Erik Andersen!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Robert Twigg and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Keksi has a takedown stuffed.

Keksi gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Andersen passes Keksi's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Andersen is looking to take a break and control but Keksi is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Andersen is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Keksi has managed to free his arm - good work.
Andersen tries to pass the half guard into mount. Keksi knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Keksi gets back to full guard.

Keksi has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Andersen can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Andersen lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Keksi rolls, trying to escape but Andersen keeps control of the position.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Keksi wants to pass the guard but Andersen is keeping the position.
Keksi trying to control but Andersen is working from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Andersen manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Keksi manages to get himself to full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Erik Andersen dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Andersen takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Andersen is working to isolate an arm here. It's a choreographed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Andersen extends the arm and Keksi is forced to tap!
