Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gheorghe Andrei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Muay Thai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andrei shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Andrei pushes down on Thai's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Thai really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Andrei. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Andrei shoots in and bounces Thai off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Andrei slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Andrei is pushing down on Thai's leg trying to pass to half guard. Thai is fighting to maintain full guard but Andrei has managed to sneak the leg through.

Andrei perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Thai has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Andrei is working away from the top position though.
Thai is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Gheorghe Andrei just wasn't active enough.

Thai can't keep his opponent in guard - Andrei advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Andrei connects with a nice short shot to Thai's temple.
Andrei escapes and gets back to his feet.

Thai circles away from the clinch attempt.
Andrei closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Andrei is trying for a kimura here. Thai looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Andrei wins by kimura!
