Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nicky silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Frazier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). silva comes to the cage accompanied by winners and losers by social distoirtion. Jimmy Frazier is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
silva stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Frazier misses with a straight right.
Nicky silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
silva tries to clinch but Frazier is having none of it.
silva shoots for a takedown but Frazier saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Frazier keeps the fight on the outside.
silva will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Frazier connects with a nice short shot to silva's temple.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Frazier in particular looking to stall.

silva lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for silva. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Well Frazier has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
