Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Olav Klint (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Skyler Nelson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nelson has chosen One as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Olav Klint had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Olav Klint! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Skyler Nelson! The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Klint closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Klint drops an elbow to the side of Nelson's head. Klint is figuring out what he wants to do next. Nelson is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Klint pulls his head out easily. Nelson wants to control but Klint is keeping busy and won't allow it. Klint is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Nelson blocking the ground and pound attempt from Klint. Still in half guard, Klint seems content to control. Klint passes to side control. Klint taking a breather here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Klint in side control lands a decent elbow. Nelson is looking for a sweep. Klint working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.

Klint takes a little break here. Nelson wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Klint looks up at the clock and then as Nelson takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Klint smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Klint remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Nelson tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Klint wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Nelson taking a bit of punishment here - Klint scoring with strikes. Klint works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Klint working the ground and pound from side control. Klint lands some shots froms side control. Nelson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Klint trying to control the action but Nelson is working from the bottom. Klint connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Nelson some visible discomfort.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Nelson is not content to let Klint control the position. Nelson takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Nelson takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Klint creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Klint wants to lay and pray for a moment but Nelson keeps working. Nelson tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Klint wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Klint wants to control but Nelson is keeping him busy. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Olav Klint dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Nelson wants to clinch but Klint slips to the side and Klint connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Nelson falls off balance throwing a combination
and Klint counters with a lovely shot to the body. Nelson fails with the takedown and Klint counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. It looks like Skyler Nelson has been cut. Klint circles away from the clinch attempt and Klint counters with a lovely shot to the body. Klint looks to score with a jab to the body but Nelson is just out of range. Klint fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Nelson is breathing heavily. Klint scores with a crisp jab that stopped Nelson in his tracks. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Klint lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Nelson can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Klint and Nelson drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Klint.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Olav Klint!
