Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cy Barner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergey Kharitonov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kharitonov fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Barner, pushing him back against the cage.
Kharitonov takes a knee right on the jaw!
It looks like Sergey Kharitonov has been cut.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Barner has a couple of punches blocked by Kharitonov.
Kharitonov prevents a body shot from Barner.
Kharitonov goes for a takedown attempt but Barner pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
A combination from Kharitonov does no damage.

Kharitonov shoots in looking for a takedown. Barner tries to sprawl out of it but Kharitonov keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Barner manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

so Kharitonov counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Kharitonov tries to free his leg and advance position but Barner is retaining full guard.
Kharitonov is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Kharitonov's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Barner wants to stand and escape but Kharitonov is having none of it.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Barner tries to clinch up but Kharitonov circles away and keeps his distance.

Kharitonov is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Barner rather than just go for the knockout.

Barner creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Kharitonov's defenses.

Sergey Kharitonov comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Kharitonov has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
