Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alan Bundy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Dance (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bundy comes to the cage accompanied by God Hates a Coward. Dance has chosen Pantera - Cemetery Gates as his entrance music. Bill Dance has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Alan Bundy's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alan Bundy! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
20 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bill Dance! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bundy keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Dance shoots in for a double leg but Bundy sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Bundy chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Dance tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Dance lands a body shot.
Dance moves out of range of the strikes. Dance moves out of range of the body kick from Bundy.
Dance avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Bundy lands a head kick. Dance smiles back at him and beckons him forward. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Nice defenses there by Dance. Bundy closes the distance and pushes Dance back into the cage. Bundy misses with the head strike.
Dance blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Bundy is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Dance is keeping busy. Dance misses with a short punch on the inside.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bundy scores with a shoulder strike. Bundy has a couple of punches blocked by Dance.
Dance is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Bundy misses with a body punch.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Bundy. Bundy swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Dance breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Bundy doesn't manage to clinch there - Dance circles away.
Bundy lands a really nice looking cross but Dance seems unphased.
Bundy misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Dance thows a left - swing and a miss! Dance lunges at Bundy with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Bundy's hand. Bundy connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Dance circles away from the clinch attempt.
Bundy tests Dance's chin there with a solid looking shot. Bundy tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Bundy is trying hard to land a takedown here. Dance sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Bundy defending well as Dance loads up on a big left hand. Some bone on bone action there as Dance checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Bundy tries to close the distance and clinch up but Dance swats him away and circles back towards the center. Bundy darts in and clinches Dance up against the cage. Dance changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Bundy fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Alan Bundy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bill Dance. Bundy closes the distance looking to clinch and Dance counters with a left to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dance slaps away a takedown attempt from Bundy, before circling back to the center of the mat. Bundy scores with a nice right hand.
Bundy fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Dance is out of range. Bundy throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Bundy pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Dance scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Dance not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Dance lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Bundy gets back to full guard.
Bundy tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dance looking to pass the guard. Bundy looking for a sweep. Not yet Bundy, not yet. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dance throws and elbow that misses. Bundy uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Dance's guard. Nice move by Bundy! Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Bundy showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Bundy won't allow Dance to sweep him here. Bundy working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Bundy wants to control from the top but Dance keeps moving. Dance is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Dance trying to control the position here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Alan Bundy dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Dance closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Bundy misses with a two punch combination.
A chopping leg kick lands by Bundy. Bundy steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Dance. Bundy looks to land a body kick but Dance moved away. A left lands for Bundy. Bundy throws an overhand right that drops Dance like a sack of potatoes! Bundy dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Alan Bundy! Alan Bundy retains his welterweight title!
