The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie lands with a nice body punch.

Zizou swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Zizou ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Zizou throws a big shot that misses.
Zizou scores with a hook.
Zizou takes a swing at Gracie's ribcage but misses.
Zizou shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Gracie moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

It looks like Henri Zizou has been cut.

Gracie fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Zizou looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Zizou checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Zizou lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gracie circles away quickly and effectively.

Gracie ducks under a wild hook from Zizou.
Gracie connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Gracie circles away from the clinch attempt.
Zizou loads up on a big right hand but Gracie slips the punch.
Gracie bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Gracie ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Gracie is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Zizou.
Gracie lands a glancing blow to the side of Zizou's head.
Gracie misses the jab.
Zizou lands with a hook. Gracie tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Gracie ducks under a wild hook from Zizou.
Zizou misses with a takedown attempt - Gracie sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Zizou throws a hook to the side of Gracie's head but Gracie sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Zizou gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

That has opened up Henri Zizou's cut even more.
Gracie lands with a shot to the body.

Gracie drops Zizou with a big left hand and mounts him. Zizou is in big trouble!
Zizou is still in real trouble! Can Gracie finish him?
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gracie lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Gracie breaks from Zizou's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Zizou is bucking up trying to escape but Gracie cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Zizou tries to get back to half guard but can't.

The cut above Henri Zizou's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Gracie is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Zizou can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
