The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
martinez slips a straight right by Boon.
Boon fails to land with a series of punches.
martinez shoots in but Boon avoids the takedown attempt easily.
martinez rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Boon moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Boon scoring well with a low kick there.
Boon has managed to clinch.
Boon works on martinez's body with a couple of short punches.
martinez is trying to stall.
Boon breaks from the clinch.
martinez tries to land a front kick but Boon steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Boon scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
