The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Le Fleur closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Le Fleur lands in his opponent's guard.

Horn takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Horn tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

Horn is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Le Fleur knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Le Fleur feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Horn's calf.

Le Fleur tries to pull guard but Horn won't allow it.

Horn has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Le Fleur avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Ed Horn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Le Fleur lands a nice hook to Horn's body. Horn takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Horn bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Le Fleur's guard.

Horn slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Horn has hold of Le Fleur's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Le Fleur tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Horn cranks the arm and Le Fleur screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Le Fleur, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
