Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nico Kohler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martin Walter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kohler comes to the cage accompanied by Snowgoons - Hatred . These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Nico Kohler! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Martin Walter! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Sam Margolis and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A combination from Kohler does no damage. Walter displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Kohler. Walter looks for a takedown but Kohler sprawls well. Walter scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Walter is trying to get an arm triangle but Kohler is defending well. Kohler is looking for a sweep. Walter working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Walter controlling the position from side mount. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kohler parries the strikes from Walter easily there. Walter is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Kohler to escape.
Walter wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Kohler, who protects the arm well. Kohler taking punishment in the form of punches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Kohler on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Walter working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Kohler is looking to reverse the position. Kohler is breathing heavily. Walter scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Kohler to see if he's OK. A lull in the action here. Walter throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Walter controls the position from side control. Walter's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Kohler is looking to regain half guard here but Walter keeps moving and retains side control. Walter looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Kohler avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Walter. Kohler is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Kohler seems a little lost for a moment, as Walter dominates the positioning. Walter scores with punches from side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Martin Walter dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Kohler with a lazy takedown attempt and Walter counters with a single leg into guard. Kohler didn't expect that. Walter wants to pass the guard but Kohler is keeping the position. Kohler preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Walter thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Walter makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Walter is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Martin Walter was stalling too much, according to the referee. Kohler falls off balance throwing a combination
and Walter counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Walter.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kohler can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Walter controls the pace. Martin Walter has got the better of the ground game so far. Walter scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Walter thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Walter scoring with punches to the head and body. Walter has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Walter postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Walter lands a couple of elbows. Kohler preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Walter drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Walter jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Walter controls from within his opponent's guard. Kohler wants to improve his position but instead Walter has moved into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Walter is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Walter frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Walter controlling the pace for now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Martin Walter showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Horrible takedown by Walter or perhaps it was just good defense by Kohler which made him look bad. Walter looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Walter on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Kohler gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Walter lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Walter is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Walter won't allow Kohler to get back to his feet.

Martin Walter has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Walter gets a takedown into half guard. Walter looks to score some points with some ground and pound.

He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Walter trying to control the pace. Kohler blocking the ground and pound attempt from Walter. Kohler avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Walter.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Walter thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Kohler's head. Well, if Walter is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Kohler tries to roll over but Walter keeps him under control. Nico Kohler has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Martin Walter is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Kohler is working hard here to advance position. Walter trying to control the pace. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
And that's the end of the fight! Martin Walter comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Walter winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
