The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jurgensen throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Faber shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Faber misses with a head kick.
A combination from Jurgensen does no damage.
Jurgensen looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Faber!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jurgensen postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Faber looks a forlorn figure.

Faber really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jurgensen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Faber takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Jurgensen has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Faber's face.

Faber takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Jurgensen's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
