Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Larry David (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hammer Mack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mack has chosen Elephant Man - Haters (feat Hunt & Jim Jones) as his entrance music. Larry David has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Hammer Mack!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Radbod Blank and Nard Betker.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
David tries a head kick but it misses.

Mack scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
David is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Mack is controlling him well.
Mack happy to just control the position for now.
Let's hope that Mack has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Hammer Mack hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Mack avoids a kick to the body.
David misses with a hook. Mack ducked under it nicely.
Mack takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Mack staying out of range there.
A combination from David does no damage.
David tries to land a front kick but Mack steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
David is looking to land body kicks.
David lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Mack circles away quickly and effectively.
David feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Macks jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Mack takes a swing at David's ribcage but misses.
David tries to bum rush Mack with a series of wild strikes but Mack uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
David will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
David throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
David throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Mack sees it coming and avoids it easily.
David fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mack manages to avoid it.
David throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
David will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
David staying out of range there.
David misses with an attempted mid kick.
Nice defenses there by Mack.
David throws a sloppy head kick and Mack moves out of range easily.
David waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Mack.
David throws a big shot that misses.
Mack ducks down and throws a hook to the body but David moves away.
Mack looks to land a right hand but David moved out of range.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
David throws a low kick but it's checked well by Mack.
Mack lands a nice looking body shot.
David throws a looping overhand right but Mack ducks down to avoid it.
David wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Larry David will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

David pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
David throws a wild body kick that Mack sees coming a mile off.
David tests Mack's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Mack looks to score with a jab to the body but David is just out of range.

Mack misses with the body kick
letting David counter with a right hand.
Larry David seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
David goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mack misses with a low kick.
A shot to the liver by David. Beautiful body shot.

David feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Mack sprawling to the canvas! Mack rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can David finish him?!

Mack is rocked!
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. David engages and cracks Mack with a massive lead left hook - Mack tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! David is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Larry David!
