Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Antonio Nogueira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Isamu Takagi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nogueira comes to the cage accompanied by Artigo 157. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Antonio Nogueira! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Isamu Takagi! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shirou Masuda and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Takagi closes the distance but Nogueira moves to the side enabling Nogueira to counter with a crisp jab. Nogueira fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Takagi fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Nogueira manages to avoid it. Takagi with a nice cross.
It looks like Antonio Nogueira has been cut. Isamu Takagi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Takagi misses with a combination
and Nogueira counters with a takedown into side control. Nogueira looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Takagi pushes Nogueira away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Nogueira gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Nogueira tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Nogueira tries for a kimura but Takagi is defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nogueira wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Takagi, who protects the arm well. Nogueira looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Nogueira is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Takagi knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Nogueira working away. Takagi is trying to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Nogueira tries for a kimura but Takagi is defending well. Nogueira is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Takagi has escaped the position, nice work there. Nogueira is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Takagi knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Takagi sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Nogueira works his foot free and advances to mount. Takagi really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nogueira wants to take his opponent's back but Takagi doesn't allow it. Nogueira is working hard here to advance position. Nogueira is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Takagi has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Takagi is trying desperately to improve position. Takagi tries to improve his position but Nogueira has taken his back! Nogueira has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Takagi tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Nogueira pushes Takagi away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
