The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ardona lands a nice leg kick that just misses Todd's sensitive parts.
Todd looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Ardona misses with a two punch combination.

It looks like Wii Todd has been cut.
Mirko Ardona seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ardona sends Todd crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Ardona is motioning to the referee to let Todd up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ardona throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Todd tries to clinch up but Ardona circles away and keeps his distance.
Ardona walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Todd drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Ardona swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Todd's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
