Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ronald Frederman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vlaimir Cuschenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cuschenko has chosen T.A.T.U - Prostye Dvizhen'ya as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ronald Frederman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Vlaimir Cuschenko! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Gregory Folan and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Cuschenko checks a leg kick. Cuschenko fails with the takedown letting Frederman counter with a right hand. Cuschenko closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Cuschenko is looking for a kimura here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Frederman tries to roll over but Cuschenko keeps him under control. Frederman keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Frederman is looking for a sweep. Cuschenko is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Cuschenko is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Frederman doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Cuschenko. Frederman keeping control of the position.

Cuschenko is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Frederman is staying active underneath Cuschenko, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Frederman avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Cuschenko. Frederman keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Cuschenko is looking to take a break and control but Frederman is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Cuschenko throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Cuschenko sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Frederman defending well though. Cuschenko is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard. Cuschenko postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Cuschenko trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Cuschenko accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Cuschenko is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Frederman is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Frederman has escaped and now he's on top! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Cuschenko looking to hit a scissor sweep but Frederman is one step ahead there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vlaimir Cuschenko dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Cuschenko fails with the takedown and Frederman counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Cuschenko shoots and misses enabling Frederman to counter with a crisp jab. Cuschenko gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily letting Frederman counter with a right hand. Ronald Frederman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vlaimir Cuschenko. Cuschenko on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
It looks like Vlaimir Cuschenko has been cut. Cuschenko has his takedown stuffed and Frederman counters with a leg kick. Cuschenko throws a lazy uppercut
and Frederman cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Cuschenko is breathing heavily. Frederman pushes Cuschenko up against the cage in a clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frederman turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Frederman manages to end up in side control. Frederman connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Cuschenko some visible discomfort.
Cuschenko tries to bench press Frederman off him but Frederman keeps the position. Frederman cracks Cuschenko with a big right hand but Cuschenko just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Frederman is putting a hurting on Cuschenko here, landing some big shots from side control. Cuschenko is trying to get back to half guard. Frederman landing strikes. Cuschenko takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Cuschenko tries to bench press Frederman off him but Frederman keeps the position. Frederman will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Frederman works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Cuschenko is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Frederman lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Cuschenko down.

He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Cuschenko throws a strike from the bottom that misses.

Frederman passes the guard and advances to mount! Frederman with good strikes from the mount here! Cuschenko is bucking up trying to escape but Frederman cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Frederman is landing with some decent strikes but Cuschenko is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Cuschenko is squirming around, avoiding Frederman's attempts to control the action. A nice elbow there by Frederman. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. A nice elbow there by Frederman. Cuschenko is working to get back to half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Ronald Frederman showed his dominance in that final round. Well Frederman has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
