The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smasher checks the leg kick nicely there.
Balls rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Smasher moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Balls throws a series of punches but Smasher moves out of range.
Balls doesn't manage to clinch there - Smasher circles away.
Smasher bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Balls stops Smasher from passing to mount.
Balls is looking for a sweep.
Balls is working hard here to advance position.
Smasher goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Balls rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Smasher's guard! Nice work there by Balls!
