Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Anni Minnemäki and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aldo moves out of range of the body kick from Degente.
Aldo sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Degente swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Degente throws a front kick aimed at Aldo's knee but Aldo avoids it well.
Aldo fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Aldo shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Degente pinned against the cage. Degente gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Degente fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Aldo displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Degente throws out the jab.
Aldo tries to clinch there but Degente circles away.
Aldo bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Degente wants to control but Aldo postures up.
Degente is looking for a sweep.
Aldo working away.
Aldo wants to control for a moment but Degente uses the opportunity to move back to half guard.
Aldo moves into full mount! Degente won't be happy about that!

Degente is trying desperately to improve position.
Degente slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Degente is looking to improve his position.
Degente has one foot on Aldo's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Degente lands a front kick.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Degente.
Aldo looks gassed!
Degente throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Aldo's head.
Aldo looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
A solid body kick from Degente.
Toquinho Degente is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Degente moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Degente lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Degente misses with a head kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Degente misses with an attempted mid kick.
Aldo slips a jab and a cross from Degente.
Aldo shoots in looking for a takedown. Degente tries to sprawl out of it but Aldo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Degente manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Toquinho Degente has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jose Aldo.
Aldo looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Aldo stops Degente from getting back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Degente wants to control but Aldo is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Aldo is trying for a kimura here. Degente looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Aldo wins by kimura!
