Dardar's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Ten seconds to Love. Usuk It struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 206.3lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. The key to victory for Jesse Dardar has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
It takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Jab, jab by Dardar - just one landing.
Dardar connects with a nice looking jab.
Dardar throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Dardar scores with a jab to the body.
It looks gassed!
It showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Dardar.
Dardar misses with a wild combination.
It tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dardar paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Dardar drops It with a left right combo! Dardar follows him down to the ground into side control.

It looks like Usuk It has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Dardar working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
It is still in real trouble! Can Dardar finish him?

Dardar stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Jesse Dardar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dardar misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Decent striking displayed by Dardar there.
Dardar waves his right hand out infront of him, looking to distract It. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped It to the canvas! Can he finish him!?

Dardar decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
No joy there for Dardar, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Dardar rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but It moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Donk. Dardar catches It right on the button with a cross.

That's one minute gone in the round.
It drops his hands momentarily. Dardar doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. It staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. It doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
