Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ham Xu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vincent Demedici (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Xu's entrance music is Happatai - Yatta. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Xu with that takedown attempt.
Xu avoids the head kick by Demedici.
A chopping leg kick lands by Demedici.
Xu misses with a wild body shot.
Xu tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Demedici was well out of range. Poor timing from Xu.

and Demedici counters with a two punch combo.
Demedici stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Demedici wants it to stay on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ham Xu. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Demedici forces Xu back against the cage and clinches.
Xu wants a takedown but no success here.
Xu drops down looking for an ankle pick but Demedici pulls his leg out and moves away.
A slapping body kick lands there for Demedici.
Xu is breathing heavily.

Demedici lands a big head kick that sends Xu tumbling to the mat! Demedici takes a step backwards and waves Xu back to his feet - he wants the finish!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Xu takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Demedici fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Xu has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Demedici throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Demedici circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Xu drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Demedici follows Xu to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
