The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wayne closes the distance looking to clinch
and Dagger counters with a single leg into guard. Wayne didn't expect that.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Wayne is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Dagger is controlling him.
Dagger works over Wayne with some ground and pound from guard.

Wayne knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dagger on the ground.
Dagger is pushing down on Wayne's leg trying to pass to half guard. Wayne is fighting to maintain full guard but Dagger has managed to sneak the leg through.
