Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jason Cook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raf Gon DIas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gon DIas is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Before I Forget. Raf Gon DIas has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Raf Gon DIas!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Hugh Johnson and Skip Squint.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gon DIas misses with a looping left.

Cook throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Gon DIas was covering up waiting for the punch and Cook finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Cook postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Cook throws a strike but Gon DIas rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
