Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ibe Kong!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Ben Zyskovitsi and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kong throws a hook but Slewton avoids it easily.
Slewton lands a jab.
Slewton closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Nice sprawl there from Slewton as Kong shoots in.
Kong buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Slewton throws a jab when Kong was well out of range.
Kong throws a sloppy head kick and Slewton moves out of range easily.
Nice straight punches there by Slewton. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Slewton.
Slewton tries to clinch up.
A combination from Kong does no damage.
Slewton keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Slewton misses with a straight left.
Kong uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Slewton.
Kong bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Kong goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Slewton throws a hook but Kong avoids it easily.
Jab from Slewton.
Slewton sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Kong avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Slewton throws a left and a right that both miss
and Kong counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kong tries to land a front kick but Slewton steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Slewton stuffs the takedown.
Carlos Slewton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ibe Kong.
Kong showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Slewton.
Kong displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Slewton throws out the jab.
Slewton misses with a wild body shot.
Slewton tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kong sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Slewton somewhat.

and Kong counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Slewton throws a right and a left that Kong avoids nicely.

Slewton takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Slewton is breathing heavily.
Slewton swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Kong counters with a straight right hand.
A left and a right from Kong both land. Nice combination.
Slewton is rocked!
It looks like Carlos Slewton has been cut.
Kong defending well as Slewton loads up on a big left hand.
Oh Slewton is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Slewton takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Slewton changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kong looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Slewton seems to have got his legs back now.

Kong manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Kong maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Slewton could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Kong has cracked it and Slewton is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Kong!
