Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bubba Rugowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Skinny Boy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bubba Rugowski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Skinny Boy! The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Paulo Santos and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boy shoots in and bounces Rugowski off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Boy advances position into side control! Rugowski is not content to let Boy control the position. Boy is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Rugowski is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Boy is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Rugowski knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Boy tries to score with some ground and pound. Rugowski controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Boy working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Boy is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Rugowski has escaped the position, nice work there. Boy throwing shots but missing, from side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Boy taking a break here but Rugowski is having none of it and regains half guard. Boy throws a strike but Rugowski avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Boy wants to pass the guard but Rugowski is keeping the position. Boy with a flurry of punches that miss.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Boy trying to control but Rugowski is working from the bottom. Boy postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Rugowski is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Boy, into his guard. Boy working for a triangle but Rugowski defends it easily.
Boy tries to land a sweep but no joy. Boy looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Boy is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rugowski pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Boy is keeping the position for now. Rugowski trying to stand up but can't free himself from Boy's guard. Boy has his foot on Rugowski's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Rugowski works his way back into a safe position though. Boy looking for a guillotine here but Rugowski defends easily.
Rugowski sitting in guard here, content to control. Rugowski wants to control from the top but Boy keeps moving. Rugowski knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Boy on the ground. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Rugowski avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Rugowski scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Boy fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rugowski avoids it really well and circles away. Bubba Rugowski is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Rugowski!
It looks like Skinny Boy has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Horrible takedown by Boy or perhaps it was just good defense by Rugowski which made him look bad. Rugowski fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. That kick from Rugowski tenderised Boy's leg. Boy is trying to keep his angry face on. Rugowski lands a nice leg kick that just misses Boy's sensitive parts. Rugowski tests Boy's chin there with a solid looking shot. Rugowski throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Rugowski, right into the meat.
Rugowski is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Rugowski lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Boy is breathing heavily. Boy drops his hands momentarily and Rugowski takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Rugowski connects with the punch.

Rugowski Rushes Boy and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Boy is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Rugowski Piles on the pressure and Boy crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
