Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Anni Minnemäki and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walker lands a left and a right that send Sallon crashing to the mat, dazed. Walker thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Sallon is rocked!

and Sallon counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Oh Sallon is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sallon is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Walker sees it coming and defends easily.
Sallon is looking for submissions but instead, Walker has regained full guard.
Walker is wriggling around but Sallon manages to pass to half guard.
Sallon seems to have got his legs back now.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Sallon thows a huge punch but Walker dodges it nicely.
Sallon is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Walker doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Sallon.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Sallon loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Sallon postures up in Walker's guard and throws a big left but Walker blocks it.

Walker wants to stand up but Sallon is controlling him.

A close round but Pauk Walker will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Walker cracks Sallon with a good jab.
Walker looks to land a combination. Sallon sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Walker lands with an uppercut that bounces Sallon off the cage and back into rage.
Sallon's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Sallon duly obliges.
It looks like Pauk Walker has been cut.
Pauk Walker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sallon shoots in but Walker avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Sallon throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Sallon tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Walker is able to avoid easily.
Walker tries to bum rush Sallon with a series of wild strikes but Sallon uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Walker is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Walker swings for the body but Sallon moves out of range.
Sallon misses with a takedown attempt - Walker sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Sallon shoots in looking for a takedown. Walker tries to sprawl out of it but Sallon keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Walker manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Walker is breathing heavily.
Walker rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sallon moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

A nice inside leg kick there by Walker. That's going to slow Sallon down.
Walker throws a nice looking combination but Sallon bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Walker fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Sallon on the side of the head.

Sallon shoots in and drives through. Walker sprawls well.
Walker misses with a double jab.
Walker connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
A head kick from Walker lands but Sallon takes it in his stride.
Walker scores with a nice body kick.
Walker sizes up Sallon with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Sallon throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Walker works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Sallon drops back looking for a leg! Walker is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Walker manages to kick Sallon off! Sallon jumps back into Walker's guard.
Sallon won't allow Walker to get back to his feet.

Pauk Walker showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Sallon is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Walker can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
