The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clownshoes throws a sloppy head kick and Jackson moves out of range easily.
Jackson looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Clownshoes lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Jackson has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Jackson and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Jimmy Clownshoes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Jackson enables Clownshoes to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Jackson manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Clownshoes doesn't manage to clinch there - Jackson circles away.
Clownshoes swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Jackson counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Clownshoes throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Clownshoes shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jackson but Jackson pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Jackson looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
