Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Desmond Nicoletti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikey Faber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Nicoletti might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Nightwish - Bye Bye Beautiful. Mikey Faber has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Nicoletti.
Faber throws a head kick but Nicoletti moves out of range.
Nicoletti clinches up against the cage.
Faber jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Nicoletti walks away with a smile on his face. Faber gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Faber misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Faber throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Nicoletti connects with a body shot that sends Faber's belly button to the back.
Nicoletti has Faber up against the cage in a clinch.
The referee is keeping an eye on Nicoletti - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Faber tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Nicoletti smiles and moves away.

Faber is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Nicoletti is just riding it out for now. Faber eventually gives up the hold.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Nicoletti moves into the clinch.

Faber connects with a good right hand that stumbles Nicoletti. Nicoletti circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Faber drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Faber as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Nicoletti screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Faber! Nice submission victory there!
