The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Alec Ball and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jenkins throws a nice looking combination but Westhaven bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Jenkins misses with a wild body shot.
Jenkins throws a right hand that Westhaven ducks under and follows up with a left that Westhaven also avoids with ease.
Jenkins looks to land a left hand but Westhaven moved out of range nicely.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Jenkins is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Westhaven changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jenkins tries to avoid it but Westhaven manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jenkins to the ground. Jenkins escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
