Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jim Bo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and ImA Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Jim Bo has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jim Bo seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Man defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Bo.

and Bo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Man moves out of range of the strikes.
Bo throws a combination. Man tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Man throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Bo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

ImA Man is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Man lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Man thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Bo if he has to take too many more of those.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bo shoots for a takedown but Man saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Bo. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Man punishes Bo's body with a nice straight punch.

Man tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bo swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Man tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bo paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Man takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Bo paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

and Man counters with a good low kick that Bo was not able to check.

and Bo cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Bo fails with the takedown.
Bo feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Bo is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Bo shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Man sprawls well. Man wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bo gets slowly back to his feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Bo on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
