Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Asaki Minimoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hakuin Ekaku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ekaku misses the jab.
Ekaku lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Ekaku throws a leg kick which misses Minimoto's front leg but catches the back leg as Minimoto tries to avoid it.

Ekaku closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Minimoto feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Minimoto gets to his feet - Ekaku follows without any prompting.

Minimoto looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Ekaku tries to close the distance and clinch up but Minimoto swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Minimoto content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.

Ekaku is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Minimoto cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Ekaku might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Minimoto kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Ekaku tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Minimoto goes for an armbar but Ekaku turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Ekaku.

Minimoto has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ekaku can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Minimoto pushes Ekaku off and scrambles back to his feet.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Minimoto shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Ekaku but Ekaku pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Minimoto looks up at the clock. Bad move! Ekaku lands a right hand from hell, dropping Minimoto. Ekaku pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
