Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucius Corvinus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and mike nike (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Corvinus's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Maalaala Mo Kaya. nike has chosen cypris hill as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
nike tries to sprawl but Corvinus drives through with a takedown into half guard.
nike looking to force a kimura from the bottom here. He's concentrating on that move too much though and Corvinus pushes past his half guard into mount!
nike defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Corvinus.
nike is trying desperately to improve position.
Corvinus working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Corvinus is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, nike has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Corvinus jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but nike manages to avoid the submission attempt.
nike sneaks back into half guard.
Corvinus seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but nike does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Corvinus is looking for a kimura but nike is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Corvinus to get the leverage.

Corvinus is nestled in close to nike, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Corvinus in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. nike tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Corvinus!
