The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uchiha misses with a double jab
and Brewster counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Brewster is trying hard to land a takedown here. Uchiha sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Brewster is defended easily by Uchiha.
Brewster uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Uchiha.
Brewster is looking to clinch.
Uchiha stuffs the takedown attempt from Brewster. Brewster gets slowly back to his feet.

Uchiha falls off balance throwing a combination
and Brewster holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Brewster jumps guard but Uchiha stands there with Brewster around his waist. Brewster gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Brewster tries to pull guard but Uchiha holds him up against the cage and eventually Brewster drops back down to his feet.

Uchiha drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Uchiha jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Uchiha drops back looking for a leg! Brewster is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Brewster manages to kick Uchiha off! Uchiha jumps back into Brewster's guard.
Brewster keeping moving, preventing Uchiha from controlling successfully.
Brewster is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Uchiha frees his head nicely. Oh but Brewster has switched to an armbar! Uchiha is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
